What counts as a location?
A location is a facility — an office, building, warehouse, clinic, or any physical site where you manage visitors. Each location gets its own settings, QR codes, kiosk devices, and notification rules.
Is there a limit on users or visitors?
The free plan supports up to 300 users (staff who receive notifications and manage visitors). There is no limit on the number of visitors who can check in.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. If you grow beyond 5 locations, contact us and we'll set up a plan that matches your scale. All your existing data, settings, and configurations carry over.
